Olark provides a service that enables organizations to embed live chat on their websites.
itDuzzit can be used to send your Olark chat transcripts to other systems using the Olark Webhook integration. For example, you can send your Olark transcripts to your CRM to automatically create leads and notes.
We currently support out-of-box integration between Olark and Capsule CRM. If you are interested in other integrations, let us know.

Configuring Olark
To configure Olark to send chat transcripts to itDuzzit, you must configure a Webhook integration. A Webhook integration tells Olark to send the transcript to a third party service at the specified URL.
Go to the Olark integrations page and enter a Webhook URL (further down we’ll tell you what URL to use).

You can optionally have Olark send every transcript, or only those specific transcripts for which the “!lead” command was entered. Note that you can only connect to one integration at a time.
Since we are sending data to a CRM, its good to know the user’s name and email. In Olark, you can make these required on the Pre Chat settings.

Once, you’re all configured, you can click the Send a Test button in Olark and then check your itDuzzit logs page to make sure everything is working OK.
